Seminar 8 Insolvency

 This seminar will be led by Annika Wolf (Max Weber Fellow)

This sesion will provide an overview of the general purpose of insolvency law in a market economy.  It will briefly discuss the various insolvency theories before considering the interests concerned in insolvencies and the goal of an efficient insolvency law for a credit society.
